CFO services
A part-time CFO who reads your numbers every month and helps you decide what to do next.

Growing businesses reach a point where bookkeeping isn't enough. You have revenue, staff and decisions that cost real money, but no one whose job is to look ahead. A part-time CFO fills that gap: senior financial thinking a few hours a month, for a fraction of a full-time salary.
We read your numbers every month, explain them in plain language, warn you before cash gets tight and help you decide when to hire, expand, borrow or hold back.
Bookkeeping tells you what happened. A CFO helps you decide what's next.
- What you earned last month becomes what you'll earn next quarter.
- What's in the bank today becomes when cash will run short, and how to avoid it.
- What each product costs becomes what you should charge for it.
- Sales went up becomes whether to hire, expand or borrow.
Who it's for
Owner-managed businesses with roughly $500,000 to $20 million in revenue, a growing team, more than one location, or a loan or investor to report to. Also founders preparing to raise money or sell.
How it works
- Kick-off: we review your books, bank, debts and goals, and agree the few numbers that matter most.
- Set up: forecast, budget and dashboard built from your real figures.
- Every month: a short report and a meeting by video or phone to go through it.
- When decisions come up: we model the options so you can see the impact before you commit.
Common questions
Do I need clean books first?
It helps, but it is not a requirement. If your books are behind, we bring them up to date as part of the start-up.
Is there a minimum term?
Most clients start with a three-month engagement, then continue month to month.
